Our managing partner, Dr Danial Kelly, has been appointed by the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory of Australia to the office of Notary Public and is able to verify identity, witness signing of documents, certify documents, take affidavits and obtain Apostille certificates from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. As a Public Notary, Dr Kelly's notarial services are recognised world-wide. Dr Kelly has provided notarial services for countries in every continent of the world. He is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries and the president of the Notaries Society of the Northern Territory of Australia.
Dr Kelly is also fluent in Indonesian, meaning the certification of documents to and from Indonesia can all be concluded in-house without getting documents translated.
